Are students nowadays prone to Drugs?

Schools in different parts of the philippines specially in some parts of mindanao are now conducting a drug test to know if there are students who are positive. In region X as I have heard in the news there were 11 students who are positive in the drug test. The said students were taking marijuana. Who is more responsible, the school or the parents? For me, everyone is responsible for this case. Both school and parents are responsible for this because they are the one who must guide and teach a student in doing what is right. Every person is responsible for his/herself so no one can be blame. A student must know how to choose his/her friends because some friends can also be a bad influence. In making an action we must know the bad and good effect of it. We must also learn how to accept consequences in our actions.

January 14, 2010 ,10:30am-12:00 the day of our preliminary examination. As i enter the room our proctor who was assigned to handle us during the exam was already there. He was collecting an amount needed to photocopy the questionnaire that are going to be used for the examination. 5mins. later, the questionnaire is already ready, we all got our copies and read the instructions. As I was reading, I got a little bit confused about the instruction. I also thought I was the only one who was confused, my classmates and also our proctor was confused too. Our proctor immediately approaches our professor in her office. He comes back and made a clear instructions but the time has left we consumed much of our time. We started our exam immediately so we won't waste the time left for our exam. I was able to answer the examination before the time ends but I'm quite worried of the result because I'm not really sure of my answers. I hope I was able to pass the exam I've taken. All I can do for now is to pray that the result for my exam is GOOD!!

Description Writing- My New Friend, "SHABEZ"

It was January 10, 2010 when I first met my new friend "Shabez". She is a girl stuff toy given to me by my "manito" in our Christmas Party held that day. I was so happy when I open the bag and I saw her . She has a brown eyes, a brown nose, a brown hat, a brown ribbon at her chest, a tiger-like design in her two ears and sole. And her height is just 235 cm., a cute one which I love the most. Her name comes into my mind when I combined my "manito's" pseudonym which is "Jabez" and my pseudonym which is "ShanQian", "Sha" from my pseudonym and "bez" from my "manito's pseudonym during our Christmas party. I always hug her every time I sleep at night .And every time I wake up in the morning I always put her in my bed besides my pillows. With my new stuff toy I also found I new friend.

Don’t just give up!!

Time is moving very fast and the 2 weeks vacation was too short. And now I’m back here in Iligan where the place I studied. I wanted to stay more longer in our place where my family and friends are there but there are so many things I need to do specially my English 2 subject.
The day has come Tuesday January 5, 2010, classes resumed. I went to school and attended my 10:30-12:00 class which is English 2. During our class our professor announced that are prelim exams will be on January 12, 2010 and she gave us the pointers that we will going to study. And that day also she gave us another assignment which we’re going to post in our blogspot. She also told us that we were going to have our make-up class but unfortunately I was not able to attend. The reason why I was not able to attend the make-up class is was so busy helping my dormates in preparing our party that will be held at that night, I was so tired and I already find myself laying in my bed and I didn’t notice that it was already quarter to 3, I fell asleep and when I wake up I got my phone to check what time is I got shock when I saw it was already 3:30 I was 30 min. late in my class and I decided not to go anymore to school. *sigh*. That day ***** I was not able to pass my assignment and my topic I hope ma’am will accept my topic in term paper next meeting.*sigh*
But beside those things that happened during that day, my trust and faith with GOD will not be lessen. As to you guys don’t just easily give up!!go3x God is always there for us!!GODBLESS US ALL!!

Christmas is for God!!

Christmas lights. Cold weather, Christmas decorations, Christmas trees. Snow, gifts, santa clause, etc. those things symbolizes Christmas. But are those things really the true meaning of Christmas? The true meaning of Christmas is loving, giving, and celebrating the birth of Christ our savoir and most specially thanking God for the things he has done for us. God is always the reason why we had Christmas. Christmas for me is always special. It marks as a memorable event to me and to my family because during that time we were gathered together again because I and my oldest sister are studying far from our family. Even if our situation is like that I always thank god because he is always giving us the chance to be together despite of the distance. I always find Christmas as a very important event in my life. And also Christmas is for everyone to be happy the time for everyone to be loved and a time for giving. Material things are not important compared to the love and care you will always give for someone.
